Please pray for Drew and Samantha.

If you do not know the situation, here is a short brief.
My brother Drew and his wife Samantha have given me a beautiful niece named Shaelynn. Last Feb. 16th, she fell, which aggravated a tumor that was in her brain. She has had 2 major surgeries, and chemotherapy for the last 10 months trying to put this cancer at bay. They successfully removed the tumor in Sept. This was a great relief. They have been continually monitoring her body with MRI's since then. This last week she had yet another routine MRI. The results show a new growth on her spine. This particular growth is a growing tumor. She has had some small tumors there before, but the were shrinking with chemotherapy. This is new and getting bigger despite the chemo.
I would ask that you pray for Drew and Samantha. They meet with a radiologist today, to talk of options. Note that Samantha is pregnant and due on Jan.2.
All of our family are heavy hearted with Drew and Sam at this time, but really, I can't imagine the heartache that they are enduring. They have done a great job of leaning on each other, and then together leaning on our sovereign Savior. Their faith has really shown through to all that see them. Praise God that they don't have to endure it alone. He is there with them. He is holding them up. He has brought a verse to them. It is:
Ecclesiastes 7:14
Enjoy prosperity while you can, but when hard times strike, realize that both come from God. Remember that nothing is certain in this life.

Shaelynn just turned 2 on November 2nd.

That's all for now.
