Family Updates.
Here are some updates on my family, and my "new" family. There are 30 of us now, and we have a ton of fun when we all manage to get together. Enjoy the updates and info, and note that there may be a quiz later!
Joy and Chase
I don't have a picture of just Chase, so here is one of him and Joy. They have been friends for many years, and this pic is cute! Chase lives in North Liberty and works for Harley Davidson. He is a fun guy, and the kids love playing with him. He is very tolerant of all that the kids dish out.
Wade, Shannon, Lane, Grace, and Reed Mercer.
Wade and Shannon live in Burlington. They are hilarious! Jonah is quite excited to have a older boy cousin, and Lydia and Fiona love hanging out with Gracie. Reed is a sweet Grandpa's Boy.
Christopher, Megan, Addison, and Samuel Hulett.
Chris and Megan live in Burlington. The are a ton of fun, and we have a lot in common. Addison and Samuel are fun kids and we can't wait to get to know them better!
Mom and Eddie
This is the entire "new" family. Mom and Eddie had a lovely wedding day, but I think that this was a highlight. To be able to get all of us together for a picture is great! We are all very excited about the future, and how our new family will flourish. We are happy to have Eddie in our family. And his kids too! Wade, Shannon, Lane, Grace, and Reed Mercer. Joy and Mom.
Joy has just finished a year a Emmaus Bible College. This year brought some challenges for our "Baby Joy" but she persevered and got through it all. She is a wonderful young lady, with lots of ideas and excitement for the future. I especially love that she will be the registrar this summer at camp. She also is a Barista at Starbucks, and that has proven to come in handy too! Love that coffee! Love her!
Curtis, Rebekah, and Michael Beekman.
Curt and Bek live in Mediapolis. Curt and Bek have an energetic Michael, who is such fun, (and a riot!) and are expecting a baby on 06/07/08. Cool! Michael is a very entertaining 3 year old, who keep his mom on her toes, and also has a sweet heart.
Tim, Megan, Zeke, and Naomi Kelly.
Tim and Megan live in Waupon Wisconsin. Tim and Megan have an energetic Zeke, who is, like most 3 year old boys, into Cars and Thomas. Naomi is a sweet little thing whose smile and beautiful curls, melt any heart that she meets. She will be 1 on June 5th. She is walking around now. She is getting to be a big girl!
Drew, Samantha and Killian Kelly.
Drew and Samantha live in New London. Just so you know... Killian is 4 months old and weighs 18 whopping pounds! He is so sweet. He smiles a lot, and jabbers a lot too. Samantha is the best Momma, and Drew is a sweet Daddy. Continue to pray for their hearts. They are precious to me.
